This Bachelor's degree programme trains graduates who can analyse and interpret social, political and economic phenomena with a multi-disciplinary approach and at various levels: through logical-philosophical foundations, through familiarity with international reality and the cultures of various countries and through the instruments of economic sciences for the analysis of a macroeconomic context, market behaviours and of economic factors.
The course aims to equip students with a flexible education both international and multidisciplinary based on a general vision of the problems of a globalized world with defined geopolitical areas.
The Bachelor's degree programme in Economics and Business aims to provide students with:
the necessary knowledge to understand and critically analyse the economic phenomena at various levels (macroeconomic, market, enterprise);
useful competencies to deal with the economic problems faced by private companies and public bodies;
the required knowledge to successfully continue their studies, enrolling in a Master's degree or Professional Master's programme.
This Bachelor's Degree Programme provides students with a flexible and multi-purpose education, based on a grounding in economic, mathematical-statistical, business and legal issues, in order to have a general overview of economic phenomena.
Two different curricula are activated, two of which aim to analyse the different economic institutions. The third curriculum is focused on the tourist sector:
Economics and Business (taught in Italian)
Economics, Markets and Finance (fully taught in English)
Internships and a final exam complete the formative course.
The program is designed for managers, professionals, and for those who want to gain knowledge and skills in the field of utilities, organize or update existing experience.
The program prepares managers and professionals in the field of strategic management, development of life support systems of housing and communal municipal facilities, the operation of control systems of housing and communal reform.
Graduates of this program will be able to:
control of housing stock;
arrange housing fund to ensure the safety and high quality service;
develop a program for the development of engineering and social infrastructure;
to work on the optimization of financial and economic activities of public utility sector;
to work towards the creation of a competitive break-even operation of housing and communal services;
to carry out work on financial improvement of housing and utility companies through their restructuring;
to examine economic justification of tariffs, to perform calculations on the economic justification of management decisions, and to develop business plans and investment projects, to carry out a systematic analysis of the organization and its subsidiaries;
explore the development trend of the organization to carry out advancing control of its activities, to carry out an economic analysis of the production and management situation.
