The three years Bachelor of Business Administration program offers a theoretical and practical degree that addresses challenges in sustainability that leaders face in global business. This program ensures that sustainability is incorporated strategically in all aspects of every business's operations to provide the competitive edge required in todays complex business environment.
During the programs, students' knowledge and competencies are developed through exposure to real business operations and engagement in company projectsin order to develop a practical approach to integrate sustainability into business. SUMAS students have worked with a range of companies in different sectors, such asOko Forests and the African Wildlife Foundation.
These are all unique opportunities for students to network with some of the most relevant multinational companies.
DESCRIPTION
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) undergraduate degree program is designed to prepare graduates with the requisite knowledge, skills, and values to effectively apply various business principles and tools in an organizational setting. The BBA foundation is designed to bridge the gap between theory and practical application, while examining the areas of accounting, critical thinking and decision-making, economics, finance, business law and ethics, management, marketing, organizational behavior, business statistical techniques, and general knowledge.
This program provides a global approach of management and business administration. It will open the door of entrepreneurship and global innovation, and meets the demands of students who want to develop the necessary skills in leadership and entrepreneurship.
PACE
On years 1 & 2, the program is following a classical academic year rhythm. We do not have classes on Fridays, allowing our students to work that day if they need/want to.
On year 3, the rhythm is organized in such a way that our students can work Part-Time, which paves the way for employment. Our Career & Development Department offers Career & Outplacement services for our students (like Jobs Dating events on a monthly basis on Campus).
If you follow the three years, you'll earn 180 ECTS Credits.
VALIDATION/ THESIS
At the end of Year 3, the student will have to defend a Thesis which will carry on one of the subjects studied during the programme.

The program focuses on the fact that students on the basis of professional knowledge could bring your company to the leaders of the financial market. Students learn by using the information about the assets, liabilities, capital, cash flow, revenues and expenditures of the company. During the training, students will learn to take into account the financial results of the company, which will help improve the use of the economic potential of the business entity.
Training for the program will:
acquire knowledge and skills of building a comprehensive and efficient financial management system in accordance with the strategy and objectives of your company;
get the skills to manage financial flows of the company, financial reporting and taxation;
increase their personal effectiveness as a leader and build a professional financial service companies to a new level;
build financial models for the calculation and analysis of investment projects
obtain comprehensive knowledge to start their own business;
to conduct successful work towards the creation of a competitive break-even operation of the company;
carry out economic calculations for justification of administrative decisions, to carry out a systematic analysis of the organization and its subsidiaries.
